New MenuBox Wizard features: support for web applications (wrap Web 2.0 apps, etc.), "Intuitive AutoRun" (stores MenuBox as autorun.exe at root of medium, hiding all other files), and various other refinements, including new dialogs for improved handling of relative paths. New [MenuBox] section may now be placed in "autorun.inf" itself to reference a different directory while minimizing files at the root of the medium. New OpenOnlyOnce and RememberPosition options in Text window mode and HTML window mode. Changed behavior of Execute method to not return error if user cancels UAC confirmation request. Added Exit option to Execute method of MenuBox Extended DOM. Terminology in MenuBox Wizard, documentation, examples and web site made more consistent. Project built with new compiler (Visual Studio 2008 with Legacy Extender) and new installer (WiX toolset).

Fixed a recently-introduced bug in the processing of environment variables in paths. The issue only occurred if the second character in a path was a backslash character, and would cause the following character to be filtered.

Updated examples.
